Referral Program Terms and Conditions
The following sets out the terms and conditions (“Terms”) for The Kehoe Group Referral Program (“Program”). By participating, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
- Open to individuals who:
- Have been invited to participate or have previously shared their contact information with
The Kehoe Group.
- Are residents of Ontario and have reached the legal age of majority.
- Are not employees or representatives of
The Kehoe Group.
- A
Referrer may not refer themselves. A
Referee can only be referred once and must not have previously transacted with
The Kehoe Group or be under contract with us at the time of the referral.
How to Earn a Reward
- If a
Referrer submits a
Referee’s contact information with the Referee’s consent, and the
Referee completes a
Successful Purchase or Sale (defined as a firm Agreement of Purchase and Sale), the
Referrer qualifies for a
reward of their choice from the current program offerings.

Rewards will be delivered following the closing of the transaction and may be subject to availability or equivalent substitutions of equal value.
Other Conditions
- All referrals are subject to verification. Any misuse or misrepresentation may result in disqualification from the Program.
- The Kehoe Group reserves the right to modify, pause, or end the Program at any time without notice.
