The latest report shows the aggregate home price rose just 0.1% year-over-year to $816,500 in the third quarter.

Home sales are beginning to climb across Canada as buyers re-enter the market, but prices remain flat. According to Royal LePage, the national aggregate home price rose just 0.1% year-over-year to $816,500 in the third quarter. Compared to the second quarter, prices actually dipped 1.2%.
