Home Sales Up in 70% of Canadian Real Estate Markets

The latest data from the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) shows home sales posted a 5.1% increase in May compared to April. When looking back to May 2022, home sales are up 1.4% from the same time last year.

What’s so significant about this trend? Well, for the first time since June 2021, Canada saw an increase in year-over-year sales.
