Canadian Home Sales Edge Down as Markets Continue to Normalize

The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) is reporting national home sales declined 0.7% month-over-month in July. It’s worth noting sales were up in more than half of all local markets, but a decline of sales in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) brought the national figure below zero.
