Rezoning amendment for former Ben Bleecker building property

The City of Belleville’s Planning Advisory Committee has approved a rezoning amendment to a big housing development planned to come to Belleville’s west end.

This would allow a 10-storey apartment building to be built on the north section of the former Ben Bleecker building property.
